Are there Import Taxes & Duties to pay if i don't live in the UK?
Please be advised that customs charges and import duties are determined by the customs office of delivery destination and if applicable, may be applied.
This is recipient's responsibility and will not be covered by Twisted Generation Clothing and Apparel Store.
If i don't like my item can i return it?
If you wish to return or exchange your item, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to do so. All items must be returned in re-sellable condition and original packaging.
Please fill in the contact form on the home page, including the reason for return and your order reference number.
Customers are responsible to cover the shipping cost of returns. We do recommend using tracked service with an insurance cover, just in case.
Shall you wish to have your item exchanged for another size, once we receive your return, we will process your replacement order asap.

Do you issue refunds?
Once we receive your return in re-sellable condition, we will issue you with a full refund the same payment method used on purchase. Please allow up to 48 hours for a refund to appear back in your account.
Any returned item received in non re-sellable condition, or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund.
